8th graders - Have fun and learn more about high school at Peoria Christian!
All current Peoria Christian School 8th graders will get a fun and informative introduction to our high school.
Shadow Day Visitors, look at the schedule below, choose which day works best for you, and sign up to shadow a current PCS 8th grader or freshman.
Each day 8th graders will be bussed from Peoria Christian middle school to the high school and have 1-2 class periods to engage in different activities at the high school.
November 13-17, 2023, schedule for the week:
Tuesday, October 29th: Scavenger hunt around the high school
A friendly high school leader will guide your 8th grade group through an interactive tour of the high school in a fun scavenger hunt style.
Wednesday, October 30th: Sit in on two high school classes of your choice
8th grade students will sit in for 20 minutes each of two high school classes they choose. Get a first-hand look at what high school classes are like.
Thursday, October 31st: High School Chapel
Join our high school students for our weekly worship service and praise time. After chapel we will hear from our Worship Arts class and student worship leaders.
Friday, November 1st: Extracurricular Fair and Snack Cart
8th graders grab a snack and drink from the snack cart as they check out the clubs, sports, and other extracurricular activities offered at the high school!
Booths will be manned by high school students who are involved in those activities.
